Learning difficulties do not have to become learning "disabilities!" With more than thirty years' experience in helping children and adults overcome reading, writing and learning difficulties, The Reading Guidance Center offers one-to-one and small group programs in reading, spelling, writing and math.
The Center's specialized methods and empathic approach to individual differences facilitate the process of mastering new skills in these areas, leading to substantial gains in achievement and confidence. Students in the after-school program meet on a twice-weekly basis; instruction for adults is available during the day and early evenings, based on personal scheduling needs.
The Center's credentialed staff is experienced and intensively trained in methods to develop academic and study abilities at all levels.
Founded by a reading specialist and San Francisco State University faculty member, the Reading Guidance Center has received widespread acclaim from educators and parents.
